One Person Responsible for the Result
You speak directly with me. Business decisions do not get lost in handovers, and I retain the context needed to assess their impact on the store.
You work directly with me from discovery and technical decisions through development, testing, go-live and ongoing store development.
The goal of cooperation is not to sell as many hours as possible. First, I organise the business goal, scope, responsibilities and risks, and then I provide a working solution that supports sales.
Direct cooperation
I do not transmit conversations between the sales rep, project manager and technical team. I get to know your business myself, design the solution, create the code and am responsible for the effect agreed upon before the work begins.
I combine seven years of experience in e-commerce with the Adobe Commerce Front-End Developer Expert certification. As a result, I can translate the business goal into architecture, requirements and acceptance criteria that are understandable to both parties.
The scope may include Magento 2 store development, migration, Hyvä frontend, dedicated integration or ongoing maintenance. The way of conducting work remains the same: clear decisions, visible progress and responsibility for the result.
You speak directly with me. Business decisions do not get lost in handovers, and I retain the context needed to assess their impact on the store.
Before development begins, I determine the goal, requirements, dependencies, data and acceptance conditions. As a result, both parties know what exactly is to be created and how we will check the result.
For a well-described project, I suggest fixed price, i.e. a fixed-price engagement. The amount is related to the agreed scope and acceptance criteria, and not to an open pool of hours.
I regularly release new features in a test environment. You can check the direction of work early, submit comments and prepare the team for launch.
I adjust the level of detail to the project, but the order of decisions remains constant. First, I get to know the situation and limit the unknowns, then I estimate and carry out the work.
I cooperate asynchronously where a specific question or record of a decision is sufficient. We use meetings for topics that really need to be discussed together. As a result, the client's team does not waste time on cyclical conversations without conclusions.
You verify your progress in a test environment. A coordinator on your side collects comments, confirms receipts and delivers business decisions. We test full processes - from data and integration to purchase, order processing and analytics.
Not every topic requires a separate delivery project. I choose a form that allows me to safely make the next decision and does not create an unnecessary process.
This works well for store builds, migrations and larger features whose outcomes and acceptance criteria can be defined precisely and signed off.
This is the right first step when we do not yet know the quality of the data, the state of the code, integration possibilities or the best solution option. The result is the findings needed for an informed quote.
Once launched, I can be responsible for updates, security, diagnosing problems and further improvements. We prioritize by impact on sales and operations.
Efficient delivery requires business knowledge and timely decisions. You do not need an in-house technical team, but you do need someone who understands the business processes and can coordinate review and sign-off.
One person collects comments, monitors responses and knows who accepts decisions regarding sales, logistics, finances and customer communication.
For analysis and execution, I need agreed access to the store, code, infrastructure, external systems, test data and API documentation.
Receiving future stages prevents accumulation of comments just before the start. The client's team checks business processes that cannot be assessed solely technically.
When alternatives arise, I need to know what is most important for revenue, cost to serve, deadline, or risk. Technology should support this decision.
A change mid-project is not automatically a mistake or a problem. First, I assess its impact on architecture, data, deadline, testing, and budget. Only on this basis do we make a decision together.
We can swap an item for one of comparable effort, extend the scope through a separate quote or move the idea to a later phase. Delivery stays flexible, while cost and timeline change only with explicit approval.
Technology partner
I focus on the commercial outcomes that matter to clients. I build fast, conversion-focused online stores and B2B platforms that automate workflows and make sales teams more efficient.
I combine seven years of experience in e-commerce with technological solutions supporting sales. After launch, I continue to help develop the platform and make strategic decisions.
Project security
The Adobe Commerce Frontend Expert certificate confirms the competences needed to properly implement Magento 2. This makes the choice of partner safer.
I have delivered Magento 2 integrations with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite and SAP Business One, PIM platforms including Akeneo, and order management systems such as Linnworks and Brightpearl. This reduces the risk in one of the most complex parts of an e-commerce project.
This is a fixed-price engagement. A thorough analysis defines acceptance criteria, architecture and scope. As a result, the project can be priced in detail and the final cost is not a surprise.
I release working features to the test environment throughout the project. Your project lead can review them as they become available, keeping you in control of the delivery direction.

I recommend cooperation with Mr. Artur. He approaches each project in a professional and technically matter-of-fact manner, proposing specific solutions tailored to actual needs. After the changes introduced, the website operates more stably, which resulted in the acquisition of new customers, and previously reported problems were eliminated. The cooperation runs smoothly and without unnecessary formalities. High quality of services while maintaining a reasonable, competitive price.
Artur has great expertise in Magento 2 development and communicates in a direct, clear, and goal-oriented way. Before working with him, I tried several companies from India and different freelancers, but I wasn't satisfied with the quality & communication. FAQ
Yes, if the topic is simple and the scope and dependencies are well described. When it comes to migrations, integrations and extensive implementations, I first analyse the data, code and processes so that the schedule and price are not based on guesswork.
The price and scope are agreed before development begins. Acceptance is based on written criteria, and an out-of-scope requirement first receives a budget and deadline impact assessment.
I work directly with online store owners and their internal e-commerce, marketing, IT and operations teams. I do not provide services to other e-commerce agencies or intermediaries.
I usually deliver testable features every two weeks. For smaller tasks the cadence can be shorter, or it can align with migration stages and your team’s availability.
The code created for the project is sent to the agreed repository, and the client receives the necessary access, configuration and documentation appropriate to the scope. Third-party licences retain their providers' terms and conditions.
I monitor key processes and respond to problems discovered after launch. We can then complete the project with an orderly handover or continue with maintenance, updates and development according to shared priorities.
